Q: How does the warrenty work ?
A: When a hardware defect has been dertimined by NEXTerminal telephone support. You’ll be supplied with a RMA number. You will then have to ship the unit (in original packaging) to our address in Denmark. please clearly mark the unit RMA number on the outside of the box.
When we recieve the unit, we will test the unit and repair it within 8 days. We will then ship it back to you.
NOTE: Please send all items with the unit , that is power cable, power supply,unit itself, batteries etc.
The standard warrenty is 1 year. it is possible at purchase time to but additional 2 extra years at 5% of the standard retail hardware price.
